The Transmission Shop Administrator is responsible for answering phones, making calls to warranty companies, and occasionally assisting with the dispatch of tow trucks.

 

COMPENSATION: $16-$18/ hour

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to warranty companies
  • Assisting with the dispatching of tow trucks.

Qualifications:

  • Possess current, valid Driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate clearly with proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Be dependable and motivated

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work primarily in an office setting.
