Compensation: Base of $60K-80K

Requires multi-unit retail management experience, preferably within the automotive quick service, express lube, or aftermarket industry.

The Express Lanes Area Manager plays a critical leadership role within Sun Auto’s growing Express Lanes organization. This position is responsible for overseeing a group of Express Lane stores, ensuring operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining the unique Express Lane service model. The Area Manager (AM) partners closely with Store Managers, Express Lane Service Managers (ELSMs), and frontline teams to drive guest experience, technician development, and strong financial performance.

  • Reaching financial objectives
  • Assigning workloads
  • Adhering to company policies and local, state and federal laws
  • Training team members
  • Addressing performance issues that affect profits in order of priority
  • Coaching other managers
  • Resolving customer concerns using excellent customer service skills
  • Developing business strategies for revenue growth, Inventory control

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years automotive service leadership experience (multi-unit preferred).
  • Strong understanding of quick-lube or Express Lane operations.
  • Demonstrated success in developing teams and driving performance.
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills.
  • SunPro/VAST experience a plus.
  • Possess valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday
