Earning Potential

$18 – $24/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

This is a hybrid position, combining both in-shop workdays and mobile roadside service calls. You will support customers on the road and assist in the shop with general maintenance and service work.

What You’ll Do

No two days are the same — and that’s how you like it.

As a Mobile Commercial Tire Technician, you will be responsible for addressing the needs to our customers on the road using proper tools and techniques. You will also assist in the shop from time to time

• Travel to customer locations in a company vehicle to perform service calls
• Perform roadside service and emergency tire repairs
• Work on OTR, passenger, and heavy-duty diesel tires
• Mount, dismount, repair, balance, and replace tires and wheels
• Operate hydraulic boom equipment
• Service commercial fleet vehicles (dump trucks, transit vans, Econolines, etc.)
• Perform basic mechanical work (brakes, batteries, belts, and other components)
• Assist in the shop with basic maintenance and general automotive services
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

 Bottom line: You’re the hero that shows up when customers need help most.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work

• Continuous lifting of air guns, tire bars etc.

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Strong work ethic + “get it done” attitude
• Attention to detail and safety-first mindset

• Ability to work a minimum of five days, on-call weekends

 Experience with commercial, OTR, passenger, or diesel tires is a plus —
