HR Generalist
Location: US Remote - West/Southwest Region (Including California)
Compensation: $75K - $80K
Reports to: HR Business Partner – West/Southwest Region
Background Required: 1–3 years of HR experience in multi-location or hourly environments.

Job Summary
The HR Generalist – West/Southwest Region provides day-to-day human resources support to assigned store locations, including locations in California. This role partners closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure consistent application of HR policies, timely resolution of employee concerns, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, with an emphasis on California labor requirements.
The HR Generalist acts as a primary HR contact for store team members, building strong relationships in the field while managing core HR processes such as unemployment claims, payroll and timecard reviews, level-one employee relations investigations, and employee inquiries. This position supports operational execution while developing the skills and experience required for progression into a full HR Business Partner role.
