District Manager, Automotive Service & Tires

Reports to Market Leader
Compensation: Base of $100K-130K plus bonus
Requires 5+ years multi-unit district management experience in the aftermarket auto repair industry

Our District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail repair shops within a certain region. Their main duties include hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store and communicating and supporting customer policies with managers and team members. Ensuring quality consistency across the district and increasing sales and profitability in their area.
Store locations include: Park Hills, Ironton, Desoto, Festus, Fredericktown, Farmington, Potosi and Desloge.

· Coaching other managers
· Resolving customer concerns using excellent customer service skills
· Developing business strategies for revenue growth Inventory control
Qualifications:
· Five or more years of experience in multi-unit district management
· Auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
· Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge
