Reports to: Senior Director, Strategic Projects
Background Required: 5+ years of experience in category management, pricing, merchandising preferably in retail auto repair industry.

Position Overview:
The Service Category Manager plays a key role in driving growth and profitability across service and parts categories. This role leverages data-driven insights, strategic pricing, and competitive benchmarking to optimize performance. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver results that align with customer expectations and company goals.
This position works closely with marketing, supply chain, operations, and finance to develop and execute category strategies, manage pricing models, and provide actionable insights that improve business performance.
