$90-105K plus 10% Bonus
Reports to: Director of Operational Finance
Background Required: 1 - 3 years in Accounting, FP&A, or Financial Data Analysis. Bachelors in accounting or finance required, MBA Preferred. Local candidates preferred.

Reporting to the Director of Operational Finance, the Financial Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, quantifying, presenting, budgeting, and forecasting retail performance. For this role, you should hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. This role will focus on quantifying and measuring retail store performance monthly to further support the Company’s growth objectives by driving performance optimization through data driven insights. The Analyst must be able to partner with Payroll, HR, Operations and current Finance Teams as required.
