Compensation

$40,000–$60,000 per year, based on your experience and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone

• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles

• Recommend services clearly and confidently

• Prepare accurate estimates and timelines

• Provide updates throughout the repair process

• Review completed work and explain warranties

• Handle checkout and payment

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

• Track parts returns, warranties, and core returns

• Support the shop with other duties as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Prior Service Advisor experience preferred but not required

• Professional appearance and great communication skills

• Ability to work in a process-driven environment

• Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

• Ability to work 5 days/week including Saturdays (never Sundays)
