Compensation: $100K-185K Total Comp (Base of 100K-120K)
Requires 5+ years District Manager level multi-unit retail management experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of Ag vehicle repair requirements

We’re providing a dealership experience using superior tools and equipment with top-quality automotive components all performed by professional automotive technicians. Our District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail repair shops within a certain region. Their main duties include hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store and communicating and enforcing customer policies with managers and team members while ensuring consistent quality and profitability across the district.
Locations: 9 locations (North Platte, Aurora, Fairbury, St. Paul, Norfolk, Lexington, Central City, Ogallala, Imperial) with 70-80 employees now, but we are growing!
