🔧 What You'll Do:

As a Sales and Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face our customers trust. You’ll:

• Greet customers professionally—in person and on the phone

• Listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and clearly explain service needs

• Recommend services with confidence and care

• Provide accurate quotes and timely updates

• Review completed work and warranties

• Follow up to ensure complete satisfaction

• Keep detailed records of service recommendations and parts

🎯 What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Passion for customer service and an interest in vehicles

• Prior service advisor experience is a plus—but not required

• Valid driver’s license & professional demeanor

• Availability to work at least 5 days/week, including Saturdays
