Overview

Position: Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager  

Location: Mesa, AZ (hybrid role) preferred or remote  

Compensation: 120-135K plus 15% bonus 

Reports to: Sr. Director of Human Resources 

Background Required: Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management roleiCIMS admin experience, technical savvy, budgeting and data driven decision making experience required.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team. This role is crucial in attracting and retaining top talent and managing relationships with career portals, recruitment agencies, and other external resources. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with iCIMS and experience managing innovative talent acquisition process improvement in a high-volume environment. This candidate will also oversee and recruit field/market and corporate employees to support our business. 

Sun Auto Tire & Service is a rapidly growing leader with over 500 locations across the US in the tire and auto service industry. This position is a unique opportunity to lead and grow a full-cycle talent acquisition strategy for an organization that has averaged over 20% location growth per year. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of best-in-class recruiters, ensuring best practices are followed and team goals are met. 
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels. 
  • Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with career portals, recruitment agencies, and other external resources to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates. 
  • Candidate Experience: Optimize the candidate experience by ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment process through process improvement and operations leadership training. 
  • Systems Management: Serve as an administrator and subject matter expert in iCIMS for applicant tracking and management; experience with Paycom is highly desirable. Suggest and participate in the implementation process of system changes or add-ons. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting practices and make data-driven improvements. Develop key performance indicators that will not only track the effectiveness of our talent acquisition processes but ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Budget Management: Oversee recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring processes. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with iCIMS as an admin; experience with Paycom is a plus. Experience with ATS integrations a plus 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
