Base of $80K plus commissions with $140K total opportunity
Reports to: Senior Director of Sales & Marketing - Fleet, Affiliates, and Products Background required: 3+ years B2B sales, preferably in the Auto Industry

Job Overview:
The Regional Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing commercial sales penetration throughout the designated territory with targeted growth goals in new customer acquisition and growth profit increases. In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Developing New Commercial Accounts - identifying prospective customers by utilizing market databases, targeted lists, and following on leads from stores in your territory. Completing scheduled and cold call prospecting activities.
- Account Management - regularly contacting Fleet Managers of existing accounts via telephone, email or face-to-face.
- External Customer Support - acting as the first point of contact for issues or concerns of fleet customers.
- Internal Customer Support - acting as the first point of contact for issues or concerns from Store Operations.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Sun Auto Tire & Service from time to time at its sole discretion.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service/support
- Track record of good tenure
- Experienced with CRM software solutions
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and applications – Word, Outlook, Power Point
What You’ll Need
- Minimum three years outside B2B sales experience - preferably in the auto industry
- General business knowledge (ability to calculate gross profit, discounts, and expense management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (significant communication with both internal and external customers)
- Decision quality - ability to make decisions /recommendations based upon a mixture of facts, analysis, and experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required based on experience)
